Marathon Swims SPRING SPRINTS is a 1k outdoor swimming time trial, the season-opener for outdoor swimming. The event was hosted at the newly refurbished and heated Hillingdon Lido on 2 April 2022.

The 50m, Grade 2 listed Hillingdon Lido; one of London's most iconic outdoor pools, has now reopened for the 2022 season with the SPRING SPRINTS and an outdoor swimming showcase, hosted by Team GB's Olympic Marathon Swimmer and British 25k record holder, Hector Pardoe.

The top 10 times in the SPRING SPRINTS qualified for a guaranteed place in Marathon Swims 2022 at the London Aquatics Centre (date tbc).
