All you need to do is enter between 6pm Friday 25 August 2017 and midnight Monday 28 August 2017 to any Marathon Swims challenge, then email us at info@marathonswims.com (before 31 Aug 2017) to tell us whether you want a beanie, microfibre towel or t shirt (please state whether female or unisex style and the size of t shirt (S, M, L, XL).
